4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

It may take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipment has been created.

5. Customs, Taxes & Duties
For UK & EU customers, orders usually do not require additional customs payments.
If any charges occur unexpectedly due to local regulations, these are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver:
• A re-delivery attempt may be scheduled, or
• The parcel may be held at a local pickup point
If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If delivery exceeds the estimated time range, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
A package is considered lost only after courier confirmation or if 30 business days pass with no tracking progress.
In such cases, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
