Refund policy

At RON, customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers located in the United Kingdom and the European Union may be eligible to return an item within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• All accessories, manuals and original packaging must be included.
• A return request must be submitted to our support team before the 14-day window ends.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

Returns cannot be accepted if:
• The product has been used, damaged or altered by the customer.
• Parts or accessories are missing.
• The request is made after the 14-day return period (unless the product is faulty).

For hygiene & safety reasons, heavily used textile surfaces or dirt accumulation may void the return eligibility.


3. Faulty or Defective Products

If the product is faulty, damaged or not functioning as described, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund, as required by UK/EU law.

Evidence such as photos or videos may be requested to verify the issue and prevent unnecessary returns for the customer.


4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the product is faulty or incorrect, RON covers the return shipping cost.
• If the reason for return is change of mind / withdrawal / buyer’s choice, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return shipping labels and instructions will be provided upon approval of the return request.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection.

If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank.

Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.


6. Exchanges

Currently, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact our support team.


7. Warranty

Our automatic ironing machine is protected by a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects — not accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear.


8. Items Lost During Return Transport

RON is not responsible for returns that are:
• sent back without approval
• not tracked
• lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Customers are strongly advised to ship returns using a tracked and insured courier service.
